| papy`- | [BG1] problème d'installation Le 15/11/04 à 22h35 Hello :) J'ai un petit problème : lorsque j'installe BG1 sur mon pc, après avoir installé les cinq cds et donc juste avant de lancer le film de démo sur Descent 3, il me met une erreur avec le fichier _INS5576._MP. et donc il n'est pas inscrit dans le registre et je ne sais pas le désinstaller... Et quand j'insère le cd1, il est quand même considéré comme installé. Quelqu'un à la manip' pour arranger ça ? Quelqu'un a déjà eu le même problème ? Juste pour indication, je mets ma config pour savoir si elle n'en est pas la cause : amd 2800+ - asus a7n8x-e dlx - radeon 9800pro - 512 ddr - audigy2 zs - windows 2000. (bien que bg ait déjà marché sur cette config... c'est vraiment pas normal :s) Voilà l'erreur exacte : _INS5176._MP.exe a généré des erreurs et sera fermé pas Windows. Vous devez redémarrer le programme. Un journal des erreurs est en cours de création. C'est ce que j'ai, le message passe très rapidement avant d'être fermé automatiquement par windaube. The entries in the Dr. Watson log look similar to the following, with different process ID's: App: (pid=1108) When: 7/5/2003 @ 15:35:32.370 Exception number: c0000005 (access violation) *----> Task List <----* 1108 _INS5176._MP.exe How can users resolve this issue? Solution: To allow completion of the installation of the OfficeScan Corporate Edition (OSCE) 5.x client via login scripts or autopcc.exe process, perform one of the following: Option I. Apply the latest _user1.cab 1. Back up the original _user1.cab file before replacing with the new file. 2. Save the latest _user1.cab file on the Pccsrv \ PccNT \ Disk1. Important: Contact Trend Micro Technical Support to request for the latest _user1.cab file and its application instructions. Option II. Disable prescanning option for autopcc.exe 1. Using Windows Explorer, locate the ..\PCCSRV\Autopcc.cfg folder. 2. Double-click the Autopcc.ini file. Locate the [Install] section and edit it. 3. Change the value of the NoPrescan parameter from 0 to 1. The modified text should appear as follows: [Install] Uninstall=0 SilentInstall=0 SilentUninstall=0 NoPrescan=1 4. Save the file. 5. Re-try installation. Note: Additonal information for Option II can be found in Solution 6803. Option III. Disable prescanning when creating setup packages using the Client Packager utility. The steps for using the Client Packager utility are available at the following locations: * Solution 10843 * OfficeScan Management Console Toolbox. Option IV. Use an alternate installation method Administrators may opt to use the NT Remote Install method via the OfficeScan server's Management Console by doing the following: 1. Open the Management Console of OfficeScan and login. 2. Go to the Client Administration page. 3. Use the NT Remote Install option. 4. Choose the computer name of the target workstation. 5. Click Add then Apply. Note: Ensure that the entered account has administrative rights and privileges to that local machine. 6. This should start the installation and should work fine. 7. Use the autopcc.exe as a logon script for updating pattern files and scan engines instead. | papy`- | re:[BG1] problème d'installation Le 16/11/04 à 23h42 Mmmh c'est pour un programme spécifique ça... Donc ce serait Win2000 SP4 qui serait à la base du problème ? Mon frère à un Win2000 SP4 aussi et n'a pas de problème... bizarre bizarre. Pourtant avant, j'avais installé BG1 sur mon Win2000 SP4, pas de problème, puis je l'ai désinstallé. Quand j'ai voulu le réinstaller, j'ai eu l'erreur, j'ai reformaté, puis j'ai retenté une installation avec Win2000 sans SP4, même erreur, avec un hdd clean pourtant... et apparemment ça a l'air d'être une erreur assez rare. | papy`- | re:[BG1] problème d'installation Le 17/11/04 à 17h11 Les méthodes décrites parlent du programme Office Scan Management, et il faut utiliser certains fichiers du programme même pour parvenir à l'installer sans problème. J'ai découvert qu'un problème similaire est déjà apparu pour Vampire : La Mascarade et pour le réparer, il fallait télécharger un fichier pour remplacer un autre incompatible sur le cd. Mais pour BG1, rien. Et aussi, au début de l'installation, quand le programme me demande de choisir un dossier pour le jeu dans le menu démarrer, il y a une case pour afficher la liste des programmes déjà présents, mais elle est vide, alors que sur le pc de mon frère, un Win2000 SP4 aussi, ses programmes installés apparaissent et l'installation ne plante pas... |
